US Global Entry provides an appointment monitoring service for Global Entry enrollment center interview slots. The Service monitors the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) scheduling system and notifies users when appointment slots become available at their selected enrollment centers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Use any automated means to access the Service beyond what we provide
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details are as presented at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe.

6. Notifications

The Service sends notifications via email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp based on your preferences. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of notifications at any time through your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Nexus Art Space LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service monitors publicly available appointment data from the CBP scheduling system. We do not guarantee appointment availability, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
