Is this an official CBP service?

We monitor the same publicly available scheduling data that the official CBP website uses, so alerts reflect what the scheduler shows at the time of each check. However, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by CBP — we're an independent service that helps you monitor for appointments, and slots can be taken between the time we check and the time you book.

Does US Global Entry book the appointment for me?

No, we only monitor and notify you when appointments become available. You must book the appointment yourself through the official CBP website. Our notifications include direct links to the booking page to make this as quick and easy as possible. This ensures your personal information stays secure and you maintain full control over your appointment.

How many centers can I monitor?

You can monitor up to 3 enrollment centers at the same time. Choose them during setup, and change them later from your dashboard.

How quickly are appointments checked?

You can configure the monitoring frequency based on your needs: every 30 seconds, or every 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 minutes. More frequent checking increases your chances of catching new slots quickly but may result in more notifications during busy periods.

Which notification channels are available?

We offer multiple notification channels: email (with detailed slot information and direct booking links), SMS text messages for instant alerts, and WhatsApp notifications. You can enable or disable each channel based on your preferences. We also send daily digest emails summarizing available slots.

Is the payment recurring?

Plans start at $20.99 for a single Trusted Traveler program for 31 days, and the price depends on how many programs you monitor — see the pricing page for the full table. There are no monthly subscriptions, hidden fees, or automatic renewals.

What happens when I receive an alert?

The alert names the center and the appointment time we detected and includes a direct link to the official scheduler. Open the link, sign in to your TTP account, and book the slot yourself. Released slots are often claimed within minutes, so act on alerts promptly.
