How to book a first-time or renewal Global Entry interview at Newark Global Entry Enrollment Center

1. Apply or submit your renewal application. First-time applicants apply on the official Trusted Traveler Program website at ttp.dhs.gov. Existing members submit a Global Entry membership renewal application through their official TTP account.
2. Wait for approval or CBP interview instructions. First-time applicants need conditional approval before scheduling. CBP may not require a second interview for a renewal, but if a renewal interview is required, follow the scheduling instructions in your TTP account.
3. Schedule your interview. When CBP makes an interview available to you, book a first-time or renewal interview slot at Newark Global Entry Enrollment Center through your TTP account.

What "no appointments available" means at this center

The message means every published interview slot is currently taken. It does not mean the enrollment center is closed. Applicants cancel and reschedule every day, and those released slots reappear in the scheduler — usually dated within the next 1 to 60 days — then are claimed again within minutes.
